P.R.I.D.E Security is a family-oriented law enforcement company, developed around the idea of expanding the concept of “protect and serve” after we go off duty and into the communities’ personal lives and properties. It is through this ideology that our slogan, “Looking after what matters to you,” derived from. At P.R.I.D.E Security, we take joy in being a diverse company working and collaborating with members from all walks of life. Along with providing additional employment for fellow law enforcement officers, P.R.I.D.E Security recognizes and honors the demanding work our men and women in the U.S military have done for our country, and we seek to return the favor by providing opportunities at gainful employment, helping to support them and their families. Not only is P.R.I.D.E Security owned and ran by law enforcement officers, but most of the security personnel are fellow officers allowing us to be confident in the training and experience we will be providing you. Alongside our officers, you will also find that P.R.I.D.E Security focuses on hiring veterans as we honor and appreciate the time and training that they have dedicated to this country. At P.R.I.D.E Security, we take immense joy in giving back to those who have worked so hard to help keep our country safe.

Other Service
Jasson Brobbey is founder and owner of P.R.I.D.E Security, fore fronting the dream, development, and growth of the company. Jasson began his journey nearly a decade ago working security detail for a variety of venues ranging from events, hospitals, large-scale shopping centers, construction sites, and more. Jasson has now worked in the realm of law enforcement for 6+ years and currently works as an active-duty patrol officer. Jasson stands firmly behind the meaning of P.R.I.D.E, not only what that means for the company, but what it means for its employees, clients, and for all individuals and communities in which we serve.
Kayla Brobbey is co-founder and wife of Jasson Brobbey. As well as being a law enforcement officer wife, Kayla works alongside many officers within her own job as a child welfare caseworker. Through watching Jasson and other fellow officers she appreciates the efforts and work they continuously provide. Within P.R.I.D.E Security, Kayla assists more with communications and behind-the-scenes. Through all interactions she holds the utmost importance for the company’s continued professionalism, respect, integrity, dedication, and empowerment and echoes this not only as words for the company to strive for, but a promise to all individuals in whom P.R.I.D.E will work with.
